Modules
This module explores the principles of strategic marketing and the growing importance of CSR in contemporary business practice. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how organisations develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve long-term success while aligning with ethical and sustainable values.
This module will allows students to learn how to analyse and leverage data to inform marketing strategies, optimise customer experiences, and drive measurable results. The module will cover key areas such as digital analytics, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and the use of emerging technologies.
The aim of this module is to provide you with the techniques, strategies and theories which will help you understand the behaviour of contemporary consumers, with a focus on both individuals and groups. You will also comprehend how to use the digital environment to generate intelligence on consumers.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance practices have increasingly become priorities for many organisations as they assess their obligations to their employees, customers, and the world. In this module, you will understand how organisations work towards meeting these CSR and ESG objectives, while one focus area is data rights and data privacy.
Companies often rely on research-based information to make decisions. In order to use research material efficiently and to ensure that any decisions made on the basis of research findings are soundly based, it is necessary to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the methods and techniques used to collect and analyse this information. There are many approaches to conducting research which vary in terms of the types of questions they seek to answer and the methods used to provide answers explored in this module.
This module examines the evolving field of luxury brand management, focusing on integrating sustainability into the strategies and operations of luxury brands. Students will explore how luxury companies can balance exclusivity, craftsmanship, and heritage with environmental and social responsibility in a rapidly changing global market.
The module addresses the challenges of fostering a culture of innovation, scaling new ideas, and aligning technological strategies with organisational and societal goals. Key topics include the innovation lifecycle, the role of research and development (R&D), digital transformation, intellectual property management, and the impact of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, SAS and green technologies.
This module key topics include sustainable event planning, resource management, waste reduction strategies, carbon footprint analysis, community engagement. The module also evaluates the role of technology and innovation in enhancing sustainable practices within the event industry.
Trip to Frankfurt (Germany)*
Frankfurt is not only one of the world’s most important locations for banking, but also one of the most important data hubs. By giving you the opportunity to travel to Germany, you will learn about the development of digital transition in companies and you will have the opportunity to participate in social activities, work on a project, visit innovative start-ups and well-established organisations working towards digital transformation.
*The study trip is optional and will be at the students’ own expense, as it is not included in the tuition fees. The destination may be subject to change at the school’s discretion, and a minimum participation rate of 50% is required for the trip to take place.
Impact PAID internship
With the ‘impact internship’ students will have the opportunity to complete a paid placement within a company.
This will allow you to work full-time in an organisation of your choice. The internship will last 6 months for a minimum of 25 hours a week.
This is your chance to gain experience alongside your studies, earn credits for your achievements, and stand out on the job market. At the end of your placement, you will have to write a report.
